Data and purposes

The current contact page does not submit a form to the website server: its button opens the visitor’s email application. If they email Ferdeza, we process their contact details and message to reply, consider the enquiry and, if requested, prepare a service proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at the person’s request before entering a contract when they ask for a proposal; for other enquiries, our legitimate interest in managing and answering correspondence.

Cloudflare Pages hosts the website and may process technical connection data needed to deliver and protect it. No analytics or advertising tools are enabled or known to be present on the site.

Retention and recipients

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract will be kept for up to 12 months after the last exchange. If an enquiry leads to a proposal or contract, necessary information will be kept during the relationship and afterwards for applicable legal obligations or potential claims. Access will be restricted when it is no longer needed for ordinary handling.

Data may be processed by Cloudflare Pages as website host and FounderMail, operated by Webco S.r.l.s., as mailbox provider; it may also be disclosed to authorities where legally required. FounderMail states that service data, including messages and attachments, is stored in the United States and that it relies on safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability by emailing info@ferdeza-it.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Browser storage

The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If you choose dark or light mode, that preference is saved in your browser’s local storage so it can be remembered. It is not used to build profiles or for other purposes.
